What we collect

When you request a Move Plan, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, where you're moving from, whether you own or rent, your approximate equity, your timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us about your move.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about your move, prepare your Move Plan, and coordinate the services you ask us to coordinate. With your direction, we share relevant details with the vendor partners working on your move (for example, your listing agent, lender, buyer's agent, or moving company) so they can do their part.

How we contact you

By submitting the form, you agree that SoCal to Boise may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your move. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by asking us directly.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone outside the vendor partners involved in your move, except as required by law.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses standard analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, which set cookies to measure how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. These tools collect general usage data, not the contents of your form. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Forms

Our forms are processed by Tally (tally.so), which stores your submission securely on our behalf. Tally's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@socaltoboise.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
